The 39 Clues

The  39 Clues is an AWESOME website, where you find out if you’re a Cahill or not. If you are, than you’re in the Ekaterina, Tomas, Janus, or Lucian branch. Each has their own special skill. The Ekaterina branch (or Ekats) are smarter than the rest. The Tomas are more physically fit and brave. The Janus are cooler and more artistic. The Lucians are sneakier and love poison and weapons. I swear, you never see a Lucian that doesn’t carry a poison ring, poison dart gun, or any other weapon. They also are good decoders and spies. The objective is to find the 39 clues before anyone else. Right now, only 5 clues are available to collect. I have 4. What now! Anyway, you have to have a Cahill Name (username) and password. You need your parent/guardian’s permission, because you need to type in their e-mail address so they can send your parent/guardian an e-mail. Your parent/guardian then clicks on a link to activate the account. Once the account is active, you can go on whenever you want. It is free. No one can communicate to you. It’s as secure as it can be. Another thing, The 39 Clues is more than a website. It’s also an AWESOME book series. There are two books already out: Book One: The Maze of Bones by Rick Riordon and Book Two: One False Note by Gordon Korman. The third is on its way: Book Three: The Sword Thief by Peter Lerangis. It’s coming out on March 3rd. That’s not all. The 39 Clues is also a card game! Collect the cards and enter the codes on the bottom on your online account by going to My Cards and clicking on ADD CARDS. Each card has a unique code: each code can only be used once, so use it on YOUR account, not your friends. It’ll tell you more when you make your profile. I’ll see you guys later.

WARNING - Beware the Madrigals!

P.S. I’m an Ekat.

How to Survive School

In school, I like to think there are three types of people: the hunters, the hunted, and the spectators. The hunters, or bullies, pick on people they think won’t fight back (a.k.a. the hunted). The spectators watch what is going on and either try to stop it, or try to avoid being hunted or the hunters. There are several ways to survive the school day (if you are the hunted. Hunters, don’t read this). The first way is to avoid the hunters. This only works if they pick on you in the halls. If they pick on you in class, the second way might work. The second way is to ignore them. Hunters enjoy knowing they are annoying you. If they believe you don’t care what they do, they’ll leave you alone. The third way may get hunters to call you a snitch, but it’s worth it. Tell the teacher. It may seem to make you a tattletale, but you shouldn’t let hunters get to you. Those are ways to survive school. That is all I can tell you right now. Until I get a brain spark, I won’t know what to post, so it may be a while. I’ll see you later.

P.S. Don’t call anyone hunters, hunted, or spectators. It’ll get them mad.
